❤️ Did You Know?
Cold weather can cause blood vessels to narrow, which may raise blood pressure and place extra strain on the heart — especially for older adults.
Staying warm, dressing in layers, limiting sudden exertion outdoors, and maintaining regular hydration can all help protect heart health during the winter months.
At A Helping Hand, leading with heart means caring for both emotional well-being and physical health — every season of the year.
