When dementia touches a family, good information and a strong support system can make an enormous difference. That is why A Helping Hand Home Care is proud to help spread the word about the 3rd Annual Brain Health & Dementia Symposium, presented by the Beyond Dementia Coalition.
This year’s theme, “Ignite Change, Inspire Care,” brings together professionals, caregivers, families, students, and community resources for a day focused on practical, understandable, and actionable information about brain health and dementia care.
The event is especially meaningful to our A Helping Hand family. Owner and President Anslee Wilson serves as a board member of the Beyond Dementia Coalition, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting individuals and families throughout the Gainesville and Northeast Georgia community. Anslee’s own experiences with family caregiving helped inspire the creation of A Helping Hand Home Care in 2011, and that connection to family caregivers remains central to the work our team does today.
